3D Logo & Branding Installations

3d installationsWhen a space starts to speak for a brand, the impact becomes impossible to ignore. That’s exactly what 3d branding installations do – they blend architecture, visual identity, and emotional presence. Anyone working with commercial interiors or exteriors knows how critical it is to avoid risks: a missed deadline, an unexpected weight load, a material mismatch can easily disrupt the opening of a store, an event, or the handover of a new property. After 25 years in the U.S. market, we understand exactly what architects, designers, contractors and developers expect – accuracy, predictability, and zero surprises.

Our 3d branding, architectural branding installations, environmental branding installations and other 3d installations are created for projects where engineering precision meets visual ambition. With lightweight yet durable materials, we build shapes that look like metal, wood, or stone — but without structural reinforcement or complicated installation. This gives our clients the freedom to design boldly while keeping budgets under control.

How modern decorative architectural solutions for brand identity evolved

custom 3D logo signageIt’s fascinating to look back at how the industry changed over the past two decades. When we started, the market was dominated by heavy plaster, cast stone, and oversized metal letters. Large decorative pieces required cranes, reinforced walls, and long installation timelines. Design was limited by weight, material, and logistics.

In the early 2000s, molded materials for the design process appeared but lacked stability and design flexibility. Eventually, around the 2010s, the industry experienced a true shift – lightweight architectural foam allowed designers to create sculptural, expressive elements without adding structural stress.

One of our earliest breakthroughs happened in Orlando, where an architect brought us a sketch of a flowing wall inspired by Atlantic waves. At that time it looked nearly impossible to fabricate. A month later it was installed in the lobby – smooth curves, soft depth, and a finish that guests still swear “feels like real stone.”

Today the possibilities are even broader. We build 3d functional art installations to brand identity with the appearance of metal or carved wood but weighing ten times less. This evolution freed designers from old constraints — and we’re proud to be part of that freedom.

What 3D branding is today

It is not just a raised logo. It is an architectural gesture.
A spatial element that defines the mood of a building, lobby, retail zone or event venue.

We create installations that double as wayfinding, identity markers, and aesthetic anchors — a blend that brings a brand to life in three dimensions.

Materials and technologies

branding 3D logo signsWe work with architectural foam that is specifically engineered to be both strong and lightweight, environmentally friendly, and completely safe. Today, in the production of architectural decorative elements, it is one of the most flexible materials available. It allows us to create everything from delicate, refined curves to a wide variety of complex designs. We can produce large-scale structures as well — the design possibilities with architectural foam are incredibly broad.

And what’s especially important: every element arrives to you fully finished, painted, coated, and ready to install. You don’t need to apply any additional paint or protective layers. Your only task is to mount the piece — simply apply adhesive and install it on the wall. There’s no need to hire painters and no need to worry about color matching. We match each color individually for your project. Not from a basic palette of standard tones, but specifically to your concept, your material samples, and your vision – so the idea is executed with 100% precision.

Our coatings realistically imitate a wide range of textures – metal, wood, stone, brick, and practically anything else. For example, we had a project in Fort Lauderdale where the client wanted the foam surface to look exactly like real metal. And when the elements were produced and installed on the wall, he simply couldn’t believe the structure was made from foam, because from a distance it looked like authentic metal panels.

The technological process

Each stage has its own craftsmanship, rhythm, and personality.

3D modeling for your brand’s identity

At this point, when we start creating, we turn the concept into a detailed digital structure on a transparent background, checking curves, joints and radiuses. Sometimes the most daring elements appear right here – like a signature twist we added to a façade panel in Tampa, which later became the building’s recognizable identity piece.

Technical drawings

We prepare engineering documentation: dimensions, weight distribution, fastening types, structural specifics. Some drawing packages we prepare contain more engineering culture than full metal structures used in similar roles.

Production & finishing

Elements for your brand are carved, refined, coated, layered and textured. This part is almost sculptural – our craftsmen sometimes work by hand to adjust surfaces so that the final visual impression is perfectly balanced.

Coating thickness control

We measure the coating thickness at multiple points to ensure perfect uniformity, durability, and consistent texture – even across very large surfaces. In many ways, this quality-control approach is similar to the standards used in automotive finishing.

Pre-assembly of large sections at our facility

Whenever possible, we assemble sections directly at our production facility, using the maximum dimensions that transportation allows. This reduces both onsite labor and the likelihood of installation errors, making the entire process smoother for you.

Packaging and transportation of orders

We design the packaging for each order individually, because the shapes and sizes of architectural elements can vary significantly. Our goal is to protect every piece as much as possible until the moment it is installed. We use shock-absorbing inserts, edge protection, and create rigid frames when necessary.

We also work with freight companies on a long-term basis – partners we fully trust – which allows us to confidently deliver even oversized architectural elements safely throughout the entire United States.

Where can our architectural solutions be applied in practice?

Interiors where the brand becomes part of the atmosphere

3d installationsCorporate lobbies, offices, hotels, and retail or entertainment complexes — essentially any space where the presence of a brand shapes a customer’s first impression.

For example, in Atlanta we created a soft, wave-like installation for a mixed-use complex. Employees later told us that the panels visually look as if they “breathe,” creating an atmosphere that is both calming and inspiring – the kind of environment that actually encourages people to spend more time in the space and make purchases.

Another interior project we completed in Naples involved producing 3D panels with a unique texture for a luxury sales center. The developer later told us that visitors kept asking who had done the stone carving, because the texture was so convincing and so accurately captured the feel of hand-carved stone that, as he put it, “you nailed it perfectly.” That’s the kind of feedback we value the most.

In Miami we fabricated a sculptural 3D emblem for the headquarters of a tech company. Several months after installation, the CEO called us and said he often stops for a moment just to look at that piece because it reflects the essence of their brand so precisely.

Facades that read from a distance

backlit 3D logo signsArchitectural branding installations on facades often become the visual anchor of the building. Foam allows us to create large-scale elements that are safe to mount without structural reinforcement.

In Georgia we produced oversized logo elements for a manufacturing facility. The client dreamed of a bold façade identity but feared metal would be too heavy. When he held the first assembled section in his hands – effortlessly – he laughed and said, “This is a game changer.”

In Clearwater, a commercial plaza wanted a heavy “steel-beam-look” sign. The final piece looked exactly like aged brushed metal, but weighed less than a small household appliance.

In Savannah we installed a large façade piece near the waterfront – three years later there is still no deformation and no fading, despite constant ocean winds.

Event environments full of energy

Environmental branding installations play a huge role in event production. Lightweight constructions allow fast handling, easy rigging, and impressive stage presence.

For a large Tampa festival, we built an oversized metallic-looking stage composition. Under warm spotlights the finish looked like real cold aluminum. The organizers told us it became “the most photographed spot of the night.”

In Miami, we created a massive 3D logo for a product launch — a clean, futuristic sculptural form. Over 6,000 social media posts featured it during the first week.

And in Orlando we recently fabricated a modular 3D brand wall for a touring conference series. The client appreciated how easily it could be assembled, disassembled and transported.

Retail & showroom spaces

Here, 3D elements guide customers, reinforce identity, and elevate the buying experience.

For a boutique in Miami we crafted custom wood-texture panels — each surface hand-finished to mimic natural grain. Customers kept touching the panels in disbelief, thinking it was real hardwood.

In Sarasota we created a lightweight sculptural sign system for a home-design showroom. The owner told us consultations increased simply because “the space suddenly looked premium.”

And in Jacksonville a retail chain requested playful, oversized 3D icons for their children’s section — colorful, lightweight, safe, and instantly eye-catching.
