    Our stucco monument signs are fabricated in what is commonly referred to in the construction industry as an EIFS stucco system. Here are the technical details and materials used in architectural sign fabrication.

    CORE OF STRUCTURE IS MOLDED EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE (1#CF).

    FAST CURE URETHANE, IMPACT RESISTANT SAFEGUARD-COATING™.

    TEXTURED FINISHED SURFACE IS 100% AGGREGATED ACRYLIC.

    3″ OR 4″ PVC (SCHEDULE 40) PIPE IS BONDED INTO CENTER OF STRUCTURE.

    STEEL PIPE IS INSERTED DURING INSTALLATION AND SECURED WITH EXPANDING POLYMERIC RESIN FOAM.CONCRETE FOOTING (AS REQUIRED BY LOCAL LAW).

    Price does not include an installation pipe, letters and logo.

    Cad drawings

    Every monument sign starts with a dimensioned drawing: elevation, base and cap profiles, letter layout and the interface with the foundation. You approve the drawing, together with colors and finishes, before we cut any foam. If your engineer needs details for the footing or a wind-load review, mention it in the brief and we add them.

    Application

    Business parks, apartment communities, medical campuses, schools, churches, shopping centers, hotels and neighborhood entrances. Matching directory, post and wayfinding signs can be built as one system with the monument. Because the body is light, a large sign can follow your design rather than a catalog profile, indoors at a lobby entrance or outdoors at the street.

    Installation and documents

    The sign body is light and ships ready to set on a steel or concrete foundation designed by your engineer. We include an installation guide with handling and anchoring notes and sealing details. Footing design, structural calculations and permits stay with your engineer and local contractor.

    Customization

    Size, shape, cap and base profiles, brick, stone, stucco or metal-look finishes, colors, dimensional letters and logos, and optional lighting built in with our partner. Send a sketch or a photo of the site and we propose a design that suits the property.

    Payment

    The price of your monument sign depends on size, base and cap design, finish and lettering. We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. The payment schedule is written in your quote, and production begins after the drawing is approved and the order is confirmed. Freight is quoted with the order.

    Exchange and return

    Every monument sign is made to order from your approved drawing, so it cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Please inspect the shipment on delivery, note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and photograph it before unpacking. If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the approved drawing, contact us right away and we will repair or remake it. Our products carry a 20-year warranty.
