Foam Stage & Movie Props are designed for productions that need visually impactful, large-scale scenic elements without the weight of traditional construction materials. Large-format foam fabrication is based on EPS manufacturing using multi-axis hot-wire cutting systems capable of handling oversized components. This production setup is suitable for stage props, theme park components, trade show displays, and other large-format installations.

Projects can be developed from concepts, drawings, or brand standards and prepared for production through CAD engineering, material selection, fabrication planning, and custom detailing. Depending on the form and level of detail required, production can also involve CNC machining, 3D printing, custom assembly, and hand-finishing.

For projects that require a more durable exterior surface, foam components can be protected with polyurea hard coating, creating a lightweight but impact-resistant shell with improved resistance to moisture and environmental exposure.
