Foam Characters are custom three-dimensional figures created for entertainment, themed environments, branded displays, museums, commercial spaces, film productions, and other applications where a strong visual centerpiece is needed.
Foam character production begins with a digital 3D model that defines the proportions, shape, and fine details before fabrication starts. CNC milling is then used to carve HDU foam with high precision, allowing complex forms and detailed surfaces to be reproduced consistently.
After carving, the surfaces are sanded and refined to create smooth contours. A specialized coating and paint system is then applied to improve resistance to moisture and UV exposure while achieving the required final appearance. The finished parts are assembled, checked for stability, and prepared for delivery.
Foam characters are especially well suited for life-size figures, themed sets, interactive exhibits, realistic props, immersive environments, stage scenery, and branded installations. This technology is used across theme parks, museums, entertainment venues, film and TV production, commercial interiors, and architectural projects.
Each character can be customized in scale, pose, shape, surface detail, color, and finish, making it possible to create unique mascots, decorative figures, and themed objects tailored to the visual concept of the project.
