Event Props & Decor
Events are remembered for their scene. Royal Foam Art Design makes event props and custom event decor that give corporate events, launches, weddings, festivals and galas a branded, photogenic setting.
Event decor that is built, not rented
Custom event decor from foam includes giant letters and numbers, 3D logos, arches and columns, sculpted backdrops, themed props, signs and photo spots. Corporate event decor and corporate event props can carry the brand, the theme and the message, and a corporate event photo booth with oversized props and a branded frame encourages guests to share photos. Luxury event decor uses stone, gold, marble and metallic looks, creative event decor builds fantasy scenes, and wedding and event decor adds arches, columns and monograms. Outdoor event decor is coated to resist moisture and UV.
Why foam
Branded foam props are light enough for small crews to carry and set up in a few hours, and are cut with CNC technology, so every logo and letter is accurate. We finish pieces by hand and paint them to the exact theme, from natural wood to polished metal. Because we make the props to order, you receive pieces that are unique to your event and that you can reuse, store and ship between venues. Themed event props can follow any concept: tropical, Hollywood, winter, retro or futuristic.
Event decor design
We can develop the concept with you, from a mood board to drawings, and plan the layout for the venue.
Logistics are part of the design. We plan the number of pieces, the size of each section and the setup sequence with the venue's access, so the crew can install quickly during load-in. After the event, pieces can be stored, shipped to the next venue or repainted for a new theme.
Ordering
Send the event concept, the venue, the date and the budget range. We prepare a design proposal, produce the pieces and arrange freight across the United States. Our work carries a 20-year warranty.
