We start from your dimensions, 3D files, packaging artwork or an actual sample. Custom foam fabrication begins with CNC cutting of EPS, followed by hand shaping and a hard coating, and then painting or printing to match Pantone colors, glossy and metallic finishes, logos and labels. The result is a light, tough piece that keeps its shape. Custom foam fabrication services can also include stands, bases, lighting and hanging points, and the replica can be made hollow for easy shipping or built in sections for large sizes.
