What we make

We use CNC to cut a pattern from dense foam, finish and seal it, and then supply it as a master pattern or a mold form for casting in rubber, plastic or concrete. A precise pattern keeps letter edges sharp and fine textures clean, and it can be adjusted quickly for a new text or a new logo.
Why use foam patterns
Foam is easy to cut, which shortens the time from drawing to pattern, and CNC accuracy keeps repeat pieces consistent. It is also much cheaper than machining a pattern from metal or stone. For one-off signs, a custom pattern allows a unique design without the cost of a full production mold, and for series, the same pattern can produce a rubber mold for many castings.
