What we make
Custom foam letters are cut from your fonts and stand free, mount on a wall, hang from a ceiling or sit on a base. Custom large foam letters and giant letters are used at events, trade shows, store openings, sports venues, schools and weddings, as photo points and as backdrops. A custom 3D foam logo can include layers, curves and different heights, which gives the brand a sculptural presence, and 3D foam core signs and 3D foam signs can carry a name, a slogan or a number.
Cutting and finishing
We cut letters from high-density foam using CNC machines, for sharp corners, even curves and repeatable results across multiple sets. Edges are smoothed and a hard coating makes the surface paintable and tough, so letters resist dents, handling and weather. Finishes include flat paint, glossy, metallic, wood, stone and printed graphics, and the same file can be used for a small set and for a giant one. Because foam is light, giant letters are easy to carry, ship and hang.

Planning size and placement is part of the job. We check the viewing distance, the sight lines and the lighting, advise on letter height and spacing, and design a base or a mount that is stable in wind and crowds.
