Foam Sculptures are a versatile solution for creating large-scale decorative elements, detailed figures, branded installations, themed environments, and custom architectural features without the excessive weight of traditional materials.
Foam sculpting is based on HDU foam, which combines structural stability with easy workability. The production process begins with 3D modeling, where proportions, details, and overall geometry are digitally defined before CNC milling shapes the material with high precision.
After machining, each sculpture is sanded and refined to create smooth contours and prepare the surface for finishing. Specialized coating and paint systems are then applied to improve durability, protect the surface from moisture and UV exposure, and achieve the required visual effect. Finished elements are assembled, tested for stability, and prepared for delivery.
Foam sculptures can be used for architectural and façade elements, theater scenery, commercial displays, custom interiors, theme parks, museums, film and TV productions, life-size figures, branded installations, and immersive environments.
A wide range of finishes can be created, including stone, wood, and metallic effects, allowing each sculpture to be adapted to the visual style of the project. The lightweight construction also makes large installations easier to handle while maintaining detailed geometry and a strong visual presence.
Application
Parks, malls, hotels, museums, schools, restaurants, sports venues, parades and brand campaigns, as landmarks, photo points or interior features. A sculpture can anchor a space as a landmark or work as a seasonal feature that is moved and reused.
Cad drawings
From your sketch, 3D model or reference photos we make front, side and top views with exact dimensions and mark how the sculpture is divided into sections. You approve the drawing before production.
Installation and documents
Sculptures ship in sections and are joined on site. Each piece is fixed to a base with anchors suited to the surface, and we supply a base plan and an assembly guide. For outdoor and high-traffic sites, anchoring should be designed for wind and crowd loads.
Customization
Subject, size, pose, surface detail, stone, bronze, wood, fur or painted finishes, and a base design. We develop the piece from a sketch, a model or reference photos.
Payment
The price of your sculpture depends on size, subject, level of detail and finish. We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. The payment schedule is written in your quote, and production begins after the drawing is approved and the order is confirmed. Freight is quoted with the order.
Exchange and return
Every sculpture is made to order from your approved drawing, so it cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Please inspect the shipment on delivery, note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and photograph it before unpacking. If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the approved drawing, contact us right away and we will repair or remake it. Our products carry a 20-year warranty.
