Oversized Foam Letters & Logos are large-format dimensional elements designed to create a strong visual impact without the excessive weight of traditional construction materials. They are suitable for branded installations, trade shows, retail environments, stage settings, theme parks, events, and other applications where scale and visibility are important.
Production can use EPS foam, a lightweight material well suited for large and complex shapes. Large-format fabrication may involve multi-axis hot-wire cutting, CNC routing, and other precision manufacturing methods to achieve accurate proportions, clean contours, and consistent results.
After shaping, the surfaces can be sanded, primed, painted, and finished with protective or decorative coatings. EPS provides a lightweight core, while additional surface treatments can improve durability and prepare the letters or logos for indoor or outdoor use.
The lightweight construction makes oversized elements easier to transport and install, even at large sizes, while maintaining strong dimensional presence. Foam structures can also be customized in size, thickness, shape, color, texture, and finish to match the specific visual requirements of a project.
Cad drawings
Send your font or logo and the height, and we prepare a drawing with letter sizes, depth, spacing and the way each letter is mounted or stands. You approve the drawing before CNC cutting.
Application
Events, trade shows, store openings, sports venues, schools, weddings, photo points and backdrops. Giant letters draw attention before a single word is read, and work as photo points and backdrops.
Installation and documents
Letters stand on bases, hang from a ceiling or mount on a wall. Because they are light, one or two people can place them. We provide a layout template and fixing notes. Large hanging letters should be rigged by a qualified installer.
Customization
Any font or logo, height from tabletop to wall-high, thickness, flat paint, glossy, metallic, wood or stone finishes, printed graphics, and a base or hanging system.
Payment
The price of your letter set depends on letter height, thickness, finish and quantity. We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. The payment schedule is written in your quote, and production begins after the drawing is approved and the order is confirmed. Freight is quoted with the order.
Exchange and return
Every letter set is made to order from your approved drawing, so it cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Please inspect the shipment on delivery, note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and photograph it before unpacking. If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the approved drawing, contact us right away and we will repair or remake it. Our products carry a 20-year warranty.
