FAQ
What is the difference between a monument sign, a pylon sign and a pole sign?
A monument sign sits on a wide, low base at ground level. A pylon or pole sign is raised on one or two supports for visibility from farther away. Many sites replace a pole sign with a monument to get a more permanent look.
What are outdoor LED signs made of in your system?
The monument body is high-density EPS, CNC-cut with cavities for the display, ventilation and wiring, then sealed with a polyurea hard coat that resists moisture, cracking and UV.
Is the LED display included?
Yes. Our LED partner installs the display into the monument, so you receive the finished sign fully assembled. Tell us the display size and type you need and we include it in the quote.
Can the sign handle high winds?
The structure is engineered with ASCE 7 wind-load requirements in mind, which is important for coastal and high-wind zones. Share your location and exposure so we can design for it.
Can the monument match my building?
Yes. Finishes can imitate stucco, stone or brick, and profiles, caps and bases follow your drawings, so the sign belongs to the property.
Do I need a permit for an outdoor LED sign?
Requirements for size, height, brightness and setbacks vary by city and county. Check with your local authority early and share the dimensions with us so the design fits.
Is this suitable for schools and churches?
Yes. A changeable message display in a monument is widely used for school digital signage and digital signs for churches, to post schedules, events and announcements.
What should I send to request a quote?
Display size, single- or double-sided layout, site photos, wind exposure, preferred finish and any drawings or logo files.
