Production begins with a 3D design and vector file, followed by precision routing. After machining, the surfaces are sanded, primed, and painted, with optional lamination or integrated lighting depending on the project. This process helps achieve clean geometry, consistent detailing, and a fully finished appearance.

Cad drawings
We prepare a drawing showing the sign outline, lettering style, depth of the V-cuts or texture, borders and the finish. You approve the drawing before production.

Lodges, parks, camps, estates, wineries, golf clubs, campgrounds, churches, neighborhood entrances and any property that wants a rustic, handcrafted look. The sculpted look suits properties where character matters more than a flat printed sign.
Installation and documents
The signs are light, so they hang from posts, brackets or mount flat to a wall. We provide hardware notes and a drilling template. The post or wall should be checked for the weight of the sign and local code before installation.

Size and shape, letter style, V-carved or sandblasted effect, texture and depth, cedar, redwood, stone or aged-metal looks, colors and borders.
Payment
The price of your sign depends on size, lettering style, depth and finish. We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. The payment schedule is written in your quote, and production begins after the drawing is approved and the order is confirmed. Freight is quoted with the order.
Exchange and return
Every sign is made to order from your approved drawing, so it cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Please inspect the shipment on delivery, note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and photograph it before unpacking. If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the approved drawing, contact us right away and we will repair or remake it. Our products carry a 20-year warranty.
